  • Provide simplified services for people with multiple and complex needs
  • Work within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that clients receive the right care at the right time
  • Deliver clinical interventions to support recovery
  • Be part of a team at the cutting edge of new ways of working

The successful applicant will have an active NMC registration and
  • A love of working in busy team environments
  • Compassion and awareness of underlying causes of addiction
  • Ability to undertake comprehensive assessments and formulate robust clinical treatment plans
  • Knowledge of blood born viruses and harm reduction interventions
  • Good IT skills, able to create and maintain accurate records and high quality written reports
  • A flair for developing productive multidisciplinary relationships
