Sub Agent - Civil Engineering

Role and Responsibilities: As a Sub Agent, you will work closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to support the successful planning, management, and execution of civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Overseeing and supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Managing subcontractors and liaising with them to ensure smooth project progression.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports and site records.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
• Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
• Collaborating with the design team and engineering staff to interpret plans and specifications.
• Communicating effectively with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any challenges.
• Contributing innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent or Site Engineer in civil engineering projects.
• Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, health, and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in civil engineering projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
