Adecco Bristol are delighted to be recruiting for a Student Experience Administrator based in central Bristol. Working closely with students and colleagues, this person will need to offer flexibility to the task at hand whilst providing a high level of attention to detail day to day. From manning the phones to invigilating exams, this position covers reception and back office functions. A local, supportive company, the right person will add value to the business with opportunities for self-development and to take courses throughout their career.


Hours : 8am - 4:30pm one week and 8:30pm - 5:00pm the next. You will also be required to work 8:30am - 2pm on a Saturday or a Sunday twice a month (you will never work for a whole weekend and you will get extra time off in the week to make up for it.)

Salary:up to £20,318

Duties:



  • Working a 50/50 split between front of house and back office exam administration

  • First point of contact for all calls into the office.

  • Making students feel comfortable on arrival.

  • Using the Microsoft package.

  • Working closely with management.

  • Organising facilities and utilities contractors
