What You Will Do

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join Johnson Controls as Strategic Account Manager to lead JCI’s relationship in managing and growing the town center CCTV offering, as well as driving CCTV enforcement products into new and existing local government. You will be responsible for both large existing Customer relationships and new Logo clients. These are accounts that are or have the potential to be significant and require formal account management to ensure retention and relationship expansion.

How You Will Do It

To be successful as Strategic Account Manager you will identify the best accounts to target for sales and growth as well as having the opportunity to build relationships through careful planning, business development activity and engagement with internal partners. You will create opportunities to bid on installation projects, ensure customer retention and present technical information to board level. You will manage leads and drive sales performance using Salesforce.

Required

What we look for
  • Experience in a business to business account manager or business development function.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of CCTV, IP infrastructures, town centre and traffic enforcement CCTV solutions
  • Ability to function independently.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with resilience and hunger to achieve targets and earn commission.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to engage operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to develop and expand relationships through an organisation.
  • This is a field based role with company car so a full UK driving license is vital.

Preferred

We’d ideally love you to have experience of solution sales and knowledge of technical standards, codes, or industry related programmes along with ability to use Salesforce. Though our world-leading team can offer training and support in these areas.
