The Role

Is responsible for the long-term growth of the brand through introducing selected strategic and influential wholesale partners within the HOKA ecosystem. The ideal candidate will role model Strategic account management techniques and disciplines which can be rolled out to the UK Sales team. You will optimize the sell-out performance of the HOKA brand while aligning to the National/Regional Strategic plan.

Your Impact
  • You will have a desire to create meaningful relationships with Senior Business Partners (across buying, sales, merchandising, logistics & marketing) of selected Strategic and Influential Accounts.
  • Develop JBPs (Joint Business Plans) and embed them across all relevant HOKA/partner stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms agreements to underpin long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Seasonally deliver sell in meetings to all accounts demonstrating a full proficiency in brand and product knowledge to drive desired and planned assortment selection
  • Deliver customer, consumer & sell through market intelligence to Sales Manager and internal stakeholders.
  • Ultimately accountable for all trade and consumer touchpoints for the brand within your Wholesale partner stores, while delegating specialist tasks to responsible colleagues to achieve the highest possible standards.

We Would Love To Hear From People With
  • Previous experience working for a brick and mortar or Omnichannel brand
  • Excellent E-Commerce sales background/experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of the Running and/or Outdoor industry
  • Ownership of a large sales book
  • Critical thinker who is digital and process driven mindset
  • Intrinsically motivated
  • Available to travel every week within the territory and potentially beyond
  • Full driving license (driving is an essential part of this role)
