Stores Assistant

Salary: £Living Wage

Location: Doncaster


To pick, pack and despatch parts orders to meet customer demands.

THE ROLE:
Process orders accurately by picking parts relating to equipment, packing effectively and despatching on time.
Receive goods into the company and store in appropriate locations taking account of health and safety requirements.
Assist with organising the layout of the warehouse to maximise space and minimise H&S risk
Stock taking as required
Liaise with the couriers to organise despatch of parts on daily basis.
Liaise with office to collect paperwork for stock orders and parts despatch.
Tidy up the warehousing including sweeping and general duties including exterior perimeter of stores providing good house-keeping at all times
Deal with customers who are collecting parts
Undertake any duties that may reasonably be requested throughout the business.
Comply with all company policies and the staff handbook.

Experience in parts / stores work
Experience in agriculture or related industry
