We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Sidmouth shop!
You’ll help us by:
  • Taking ownership of driving store sales, maximising profitability, and achieving KPI targets.
  • Delivering commercial excellence and high standards of leadership, management and customer service.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and role model, promoting Seasalt key values and behaviours, in order for your team to embody these for the benefit of our customers.
  • Leading, training and developing your team to maximise their potential and create a culture that ensures the customer is at the centre of everything we do.
  • Providing excellent customer service whether that is face to face or with our online customers via the use of technology.
  • Completing and packing online orders and fulfilment.
The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:
We want Seasalt customers to feel welcome as soon as they step through our door. Creating a friendly, positive atmosphere by being a brilliant role model, your enthusiasm will inspire your team to consistently deliver excellent service.
Leading the way with exceptional retail skills, product knowledge and commercial know-how, your experience will be key as you exceed sales and KPI targets, maximise profitability and nurture the development of your team.
