We are currently seeking a Store Managerto join our team based in Hinckley. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week over 5 days which will include Saturdays and Sundays.

As Store Manager Your Responsibilities Include
  • Day to day coaching, mentoring and support of the store team to achieve sales targets.
  • Identifying and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers and setting the example in customer service excellence.
  • Maintaining high store presentation standards
There is no direct selling involved, as the role of our store team is to be our brand ambassadors and show our product range at its best and booking appointments for our expert Sales Design team who then visit the customer at home and create innovative and inspiring designs.

The ideal Store Managercandidate will be able to manage, motivate and lead a team. You will have prior leadership experience, ideally gained in a retail/demonstrator environment, and will be naturally engaging, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for home furnishings is an advantage but not essential.

In return, as our Store Manager we offer full product training and support from our Regional Retail Managers. You will receive a basic salary of £10.00 per hour, with the opportunity to increase earnings through an attractive commission scheme and enticing incentives.
