Now hiring, an experienced, fully hands-on, operationally focused store manager to join our Dominos Pizza stores in Whitburn and Bathgate ( West Lothian)

For this position, we are ONLY hiring experienced applicants, with a proven track record of managing a Domino’s Pizza store for at least 4 years in the UK.

We are looking for leaders who can inspire and coach a team to success.

You will need to be passionate about people and thrive on developing teams and driving operational greatness through working alongside your team.

Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after our dedicated customers and leading a large team efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Work alongside the Senior Manager to run the store as effectively as possible.

Taking full responsibility for the store and controlling the day-to-day operations.

Managing all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness.

Controlling costs on a day-to-day basis to improve profitability

Motivating your team to promote efficiency throughout the store to achieve our company’s high standards

Maintaining a strong brand image and service standards including uniform presentation standards and our philosophy on customer service

Always maintaining and developing the best practices.
