  • Store Manager – Global Luxury Hair & Beauty Business – Harrogate** We are currently recruiting for a global leading luxury hair and beauty business, who stock some of the most well-known brands who you would recognise through TV, Radio and advertising. As a company they have over 100 stores across the UK and have been established for over 60 years. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous retail industry where they are looking for someone who is customer focussed and keen to progress their career into management. Role: This role is working in one of their business stores in Harrogate providing a high level of customer service, managing a small team of around 3-5 people and having full ownership of your diary. The store sells a number of high-profile brands known across the world where you would look to drive and exceed sales targets across the team. Responsibilities: Managing a team of 3-5 people including recruitment of staff, putting together rotas and performance management Inventory management and stock control Deliver to KPI’s Deliver excellent customer service Demonstrates commerciality and drive for excellent standards Visual merchandising across the store Finance management for the store Candidate: Some form of management experience whether it has been as a Store Manager, Team Leader or Assistant Manager. Face to face skills. Experience within retail would be beneficial but not essential. Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, approachable. Results orientated. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
