The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail management.

Our sales Manager will play an integral role at the heart of our business. You will need to inspire our brand ambassadors, to continue to deliver exceptional customer experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations, whilst ensuring that the look and feel of our stores are maintained.

You will be fully responsible for the day to day performance of the store ensuring that our teams are happy motivated and consistently achieving store KPI with strong leadership and management skills.

As Store Manager, you will successfully demonstrate your ability to:

• Maximize store profitability by Meeting store targets and creating the strategy for the ambassadors to do so.
• Ensure that a high level of customer service is always delivered.
• Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve KPI targets and lead by example.

• Aware on all the latest trends within British confectionery/social media
• Proven ability to drive and deliver KPI’s to achieve successful results.
• Excellent attention to detail, enabling our stores to stay flawless.
• Experience in implementing store processes whilst looking for ways to improve them customer service.
• Resolve escalated customers’ requests, queries, and complaints.
• Drive the sales performance of all members of the sales team.
• Visually merchandise the store to advertise products and optimise sales.

Our successful candidate will possess prior experience working in a similar fast-paced and customer-facing role.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Retail Manger: 2 years (required)
• Retail Sales: 3 years (required)

Salary:

£23,000-£25,000 + Quarterly Bonus payments
