Due to growth, CPS & Co. are on the lookout for a Store Layout Planner to work. The successful person within this role would be to develop and create branch layouts that maximise sales profit and operational efficiency, optimise capital expenditure and deliver a great customer experience.

The role we are recruiting for is to;
  • Deliver detailed branch layouts to optimise the customer experience through the effective interpretation of space rules, showroom and layout planning principles.
  • Maximise sales and profit by understanding sales and margin contribution by zone.
  • Optimise the warehouse operation internally and externally to maximise branch productivity.
  • Ensure that branch layouts are in line with capex expectations and sustainable for the duration of the contract.
  • Ensure that branch layouts safeguard against health and safety risks.
  • Develop and maintain fixture profiles so that project costs can be forecasted and managed effectively.
  • The branch operation is more efficient by having the right product in the right location (customer and colleague facing).
  • Manage external designers so that where additional work is required, consistent and accurate branch plans are delivered in a timely manner and with the correct level of detail
  • Design costs are minimised
Key Attributes
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Preferably layout and planogram planning experience.
  • Worked in a similar environment with merchandising exposure.
