The Store Assistant is a pivotal role within our store and is certainly varied with no two days being the same!

What you will do as Store Assistant:

  • Meet and greet customers ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
  • Deal with face to face, telephone and e-mail enquires
  • Providing sales and technical support on products for customers
  • Support stock management with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support the management of our Point of Sale System i.e. adding in new products, stock management
  • Maintain the highest standard of store presentation and cleanliness ensuring shelves are replenished, areas kept clean, tidy and safe.
  • Tinting paint
  • Delivery of goods to customers

About you:

  • You must have excellent customer service and organisation skills
  • Be a good team player
  • Good computer skills

Retail and/or trade counter experience is desirable but not essential.

A full drivers licence is required, as is the ability to carry out physically demanding tasks such as moving and lifting relatively heavy products.

You will be required to work from 7am - Monday to Friday, and Saturday - 8am to 12pm as part of the rota system.
