Job Description

As a stock controller you will be required to:

  • Maintain correct storage of all goods in their pre-designated areas
  • Count, sort and weigh incoming goods to verify receipt of items on requisition, invoices and purchase orders
  • Judge the quality, quantity and condition of the products
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store room and deliveries bay area at all times
  • Be aware of and comply with all statutory requirements on (Food & Beverage) Health & Safety and fire evacuation procedures
  • Record daily temperatures and quantities of food products
  • Control the allocation of requisition sheets and purchase orders
  • Control store issuing and receiving quantities
  • Help Food and Beverage Controller with filling and storing daily control reports
  • Assist F&B Service as and when required

Salary: £11.85 per hour (£24,031 per annum) + high monthly service charge.


The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
