  • Maintain an accurate record of inventory, receive deliveries and store in correct
locations.
  • Undertake stock-taking activities whilst maintaining up to date records. Ensure all
data entered is accurate and performed to a high standard.
  • Maintain inventory records, including item inventory, bin locations, quantity at each
level, and expiration dates.
  • Conduct regular spot checks of inventory levels and report findings.
  • Create, implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
  • Create, update and maintain warehouse management system records.
  • Place orders for replacement parts, materials, and supplies for warehouse use.
  • Quality of inventory is at required standards, ensuring batch test reports are complete
and recorded.
  • Undertake goods-in/replenishment activities.
  • Ensure returned products are processed and recorded.
  • Organise and maintain the inventory floor area to ensure efficient material storage
and handling. Also maintain labelling systems on the stock items.
  • Provide routine management data regarding inventory performance, which involves
evaluating and monitoring usage and cost of materials, consumables and scrap.The Successful ApplicantThe Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in manufacturing/distribution/logistics industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • Experience in stock / inventory administration
