Company description

We are a Stained Glass studio based in Northumberland. We have been established for over 30 years and are lead by a ICON accredited conserver. We specialize in all areas of stained glass conservation, restoration and new designs, working all over the country.

Job description

The opportunity involves working as part of a team engaged in all aspects of stained glass.

The work will involve site work, the removal and fitting of windows. This includes working at height from scaffolding and/or ladders and the probability of working away from home when sites are at a distance.

The studio work will involve, working with old windows, handling and cutting glass and the opportunity to paint on glass if skills allow (but not a necessity) and working with lead.

Full training will be given and would suit an able-bodied person.

No previous experience is necessary, however, we are looking for a person with an interest in conservation, cultural heritage and art.

All necessary PPE would be supplied.
