To work on a busy Elective Orthopaedic ward which also encompasses surgical enhance recovery and Bone infection patients.

To assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care

To be responsible for organising and coordinating nursing services in the absence of senior staff

To be responsible for all nursing care standards and maintain clinical standards

To be role model compassionate and inclusive

To provide nursing care to a caseload of patients and provide written and verbal handovers to nursing colleagues and the multi- disciplinary team

When responsible for the ward / department to ensure and individualised programmes of care are carried out for each patient on the ward
