Full Time

£27,100 per annum plus service charge, typically £2,400 annually

Purpose of the Role


This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Chef who is looking to be part of our staff kitchen which has been designed by our Executive Head Chef – Simon Crannage. We are seeking a Chef who is eager to bring new ideas and be creative with recipes for staff.
Whilst organising and creating all staff meals you will get a fantastic work life balance and be in a kitchen which is hands on.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with ordering on a daily basis, whilst keeping in mind stock usage, menu planning and business levels
  • Ensure the cleanliness, stock control, organisation and standards of the kitchen
  • Responsible for preparing and cooking fresh meals for team members daily
  • Have good kitchen & knife skills
  • Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
  • Continually striving towards achievement and improvement
  • Ensure consistent preparation of all food items
