Phase Leader for 1st September 2022

MS Pay Range/UPS3 £25,714-£41,604 with additional TLR 2a payment of £2,873

Due to the promotion of one of our Phase Leaders, the Governors and Headteacher of this happy school wish to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and innovative teacher who will have additional responsibility for maintaining the outstanding teaching and learning within a phase.

The Successful Candidate Will
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the ethos and Catholic faith of the school.
  • Ensure high quality education and personalised learning for all pupils and high standards and achievements in all areas of our work.
  • Support the mentoring ECT’s
  • Ensure robust procedures are in place for tracking, monitoring and assessing the progress for all children.
  • Provide support and guidance to members of staff to achieve the highest level of teaching.
  • Assist in the smooth running of the school at all times, including being responsible with the other TLR holders for the school in the absence of the Headteacher and deputy Headteacher.
