Recycling operatives are required in Hinckley!

Having full flexibility with working hours is essential for this job. Some weeks, there may be only 2 shifts required, while in other weeks, there may be up to 5.

We currently seek recycling operatives to support our client in ensuring materials are sorted correctly.

Your daily tasks will include:
  • Sorting cardboard, wood, metal and plastics into the correct sections
  • Unloading recycling from roller cages to be organised
  • General yard upkeep duties.

We ask that all applicants for this role are happy with physical/lifting work and live locally to Hinckley.

You will be working from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
It is important to note that some weeks may require part-time work while others will be from Monday to Friday.
The rate of pay for this role is £10.42 per hour.
However, if you work for more than 40 hours in a week, your pay will increase to £15.63 per hour.
