INTERNAL RECRUITER LOCATION: GLOUCESTER or WFH UK based FULL TIME, PERMANENT Partnering with the HR team across EMEA and North America, our Internal Recruiters ensure end-to-end delivery on all vacancies. Working as part of a global team, you will deliver a robust recruitment service to internal hiring managers, recruiting for a variety of roles across the business throughout the EMEA region and occasions in North America. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, your focus will be on attracting new talent to the business, working with line managers to ensure the best quality hiring decisions, while consistently delivering an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process. You will become an expert in the EMEA region on all thing’s recruitment, from sourcing/headhunting and interviewing to psychometric testing and interpretation, allowing you to work in a consultative manner with your stakeholders; training and coaching them on recruitment best practice and interview skills.

You will also be responsible for maintaining real-time recruitment data to enable you to provide reporting and analysis on a regular basis. Your role will also support the North America team with proactive sourcing of US based candidates for sales and corporate positions. As a valued member of the Talent Acquisition team, you not only manage your day-to-day Recruitment activities; but also are truly able to influence and evolve the future of recruitment at Intrado in this very varied, hands-on role.

What you’ll bring…- 4-5 years previous experience in a Recruitment position, hiring for operations and sales positions across EMEA and North America. - You will have previously worked within an internal recruitment role ideally in a large enterprise corporation - Strong experience of sourcing and building relationships with candidates. Posses the ability to headhunt candidates as required. - Experience working with hiring managers and beign able to coach on recruitment best practices - Strong communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Creativity - we want you to bring your creative mind and your ability to think outside of the box when it comes to solutions, candidate attraction and engagement - Work well under pressure - Given the natural fluctuations that come with an in-house recruitment role, we will need your ability to self-motivate and generate improvement projects during quieter times - The ability to speak another European language is preferred - Experience sourcing positions in North America Benefits include… - 25 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays - Pension Contribution - Private Health insurance - Life Assurance - Free Parking - Employee Discounts - Employee Assistance program - Full access to our in-house virtual university And don’t forget the fun stuff!
