Alexa is Amazon’s groundbreaking virtual assistant designed for voice interactions. We believe voice is the most natural interface for interacting with technology across many domains.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our European team. As a Product Manager, you will be focused on the key engagement levers for the Q&A product on Alexa and owning related metrics across European countries. A successful candidate will be an experienced product manager that excels in building high-engaging consumer products and is able to drive a cross-country, high-ambiguity strategy to success. They will possess a strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on the customer, brings simplified solutions to complex problems and does what they say they will do.

Job responsibilities
Design, drive and complete projects end-to-end to drive up usage and engagement with our product
Coordinate with internal teams worldwide on our product strategy and execute in a matrix structure
Utilize data to drive product decisions to influence our builder roadmap
Own the broader growth strategy how to win in our product on Alexa, including program goals and strategic initiatives 1-5 years out
Lead towards monetizing our product

Basic Qualifications

5+ years in product management or a closely related discipline
Previous experience in a growth or engagement-oriented role for a product or service
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications

7-10+ years of product management
Passion for creating innovative solutions for customers and developing long term strategy
Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, global environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
