The Sr Manager Real Estate Strategy & Analytics is accountable for working in collaboration to build the annual E&PS Real Estate Strategic Planning Process. This role is responsible for supporting Global Real Estate Strategic Plan to craft the Real Estate long term strategy aligned with E&PS strategic priorities and Enterprise goals.

A suitable candidate for this role will support the Global coordination of Real Estate needs across all sectors and regions. He / She will possess the ability to work collaboratively with senior and mid-level leadership and various functions across the organization, along with the ability to effectively read and draw insights from the data to find opportunities for strategic analysis.

Key relationships include collaborating with Real Estate Regional Leaders, Finance team, Strategic Business Partnership, Regional Planning Managers, Regional Transaction Managers, Lease Administration, J&J Affiliates, and additional E&PS colleagues to help to define and deploy Sector Real Estate/Property strategy.

In this position you will:

• Drive and craft the design of Real Estate long term strategy aligned with E&PS strategic priorities and Enterprise goals
• Maintain Enterprise Standard Governance established through a strong and enhanced partnership with Finance
• Establish mutual partnership with Project Portfolio Team, shaping and influencing SC Strategic Plan/ Long Range Financial Plan (LRFP)
• Influence and recommend the proper approach in shaping/creating the RE Strat Plan/LRFP ensuring the cadency and the deadline adherence
• Lead activities related to Strategic Plan / LRFP / Segments Strategy & Analytics / BP Management
• Ensure alignment through the Regions in RE and Finance teams to collect inputs for RE Strat Plan
• Manage Real Estate Projects portfolio and integration with One E&PS Portfolio
• Early estimating / Scheduling / Internal vs External Benchmarking support
• Governance on Cash Flow and Capital spending vs yearly target 1
• Performance Review & Dashboards / Data Quality Improvements
• Support the STD CAR process creation, identifying all the critical elements to be inserted
• Specific skills in Project Management, Technical, Financial, Facilities Management
• Capable of proactively facilitating change

• Minimum 8-10 years of overall experience and at least 3 years of experience in real estate
• Strong experience contributing to global/regional Strategy & Planning activities
• Strong business analytics skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong Financial skills
• Proved expertise in Strat Plan / LRFP process
• Proved expertise in BP Management process
• Proved expertise in Project Control / Cash Flow / Project Portfolio Management
• Solid grounding in technology and capability to identify metrics and aid in decision making
• Strong communication skills
• Proved influencing skills
• Candidate should know Real Estate markets
