Cold Call Leads

As a Field Sales Representative your job will be to sell spray-foam removal based on the bad stigma now associated and the potential problems that can occur & Other energy saving measures such as solar.

3 leads per day minimum 10-15 leads per week.

You will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing potential respiratory hazards within properties, with a primary focus on mold and moisture. Your responsibilities will include inspecting properties. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting healthier living environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Inspections:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify any signs of mold, moisture, or other respiratory hazards.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment to assess the extent of the issues and document findings.
  • Client Consultation:
  • Engage with property owners to explain inspection results and potential health risks associated with mold and moisture.
  • Provide clear and detailed recommendations for remediation and improvement.
  • Sales and Solution Offerings:
  • Present and promote effective solutions to address identified issues, including the removal of spray-foam insulation where required.
  • Collaborate with clients to customize plans that meet their specific needs and budget constraints.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and recommended solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for clients, incorporating government guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Continuous Education:
  • Stay updated on government regulations, industry standards, and emerging technologies related to property inspections and respiratory health.
  • Provide clients with educational resources to enhance their understanding of mold and moisture prevention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field related to property inspections or environmental services.
  • Strong knowledge of mold, moisture, and respiratory health issues
  • strong knowledge on solar and other energy saving measures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and guidelines related to property inspections and remediation.

Salary: £1.00-£100,000.00 per year
