Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist manufacturing company who are looking for a Specialist Training Engineer.

The company are part of a building products group specialising in fire alarm devices.
The Specialist Training Engineer will be responsible for the development and provision of product training to existing customers.

This role will ideally suit someone with a good knowledge of fire alarm standards who is interested in a training role.

The Specialist Training Engineer will be responsible for:

  • The development of training programmes as requested by the business
  • Arranging training including suitable venues
  • Delivering one to one and group training including workshops
  • Managing training budgets and attendance

The Specialist Training Engineer will need:

  • A strong knowledge of fire alarm devices, standards and regulations
  • Experience of managing workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to train others – formal training qualifications can be provided
