s MUST BE A CAR DRIVER WITH OWN CAR TO APPLY For Yeovil and surrounding areas Up to £11.90 Per hour! 25 or 30 or 35 hours per week Travel time paid for between visits and mileage paid @ 40p per mile You are paid for every hour you work! RAC breakdown cover Free DBS & Uniform Shifts are normally 7am to 2pm & 5pm to 10pm- can be some flexibility on this and must be willing to do a mixture of these shifts including alternate weekend About our clients are superb and reputable care provider: Our Blue Chip client are seeking dedicated Care Staff to join this growing team in supporting service users who are being discharged from the hospital to return home during the period of rehabilitation. You must be an experienced Care Assistant to apply for these role, as requires a great deal of positive encouragement to get the service users back to good health & independence as quickly as possible.

You must be a caring person, a problem solver, able to think on your feet and have experience as a Care Assistant in the Community or Care Home or a Hospital environment.

If you have worked within Rehabilitation this would be a big plus, as well as helping with mobily aids.

For the Specilaist Care Assistant role the ideal candidate will have: Have experience of providing personal care & hygiene Assisting with Mobility aids Rehabilitation desireable Assist with reviewing and updating individual tailor re-enablement plans and risk assessments on a regular basis.

To support clients with daily living takes such as domestic cleaning and shopping, medication Assist clients with meal planning, preparation and cooking To escort clients to appointments, GP’s, hospital and other required journeys Promote service user’s privacy, dignity, choice, safety, confidentiality and independence.
