Your role as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant will allow you to connect directly with the brilliant children and young people we work with in Manchester. The schools we work with will allow you to help make sure pupils get the very best from their education. Each individual has so much potential, and they will rely on you to guide their learning journeys.

As well as supporting the existing teams, you will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with plenty of hands-on experience and some supervision too. You will take responsibility for emotional and physical needs of pupils, supporting them to develop as individuals and engage with their surroundings.
