We have an exciting opportunity for a SPAR Sales Assistant, who is motivated, friendly, hands-on and passionate about their store offering excellent service and standards to our customers. Reporting directly to the Store Management Team you will deliver maximum sales and profit through continuous personal improvement and the provision of friendly, excellent service to customers, colleagues, and visitors.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • To deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards
  • To contribute ideas for driving the business and it’s team forward
  • To use relevant processes and policies to ensure the security of people, stock and cash
  • Report all customer complaints to manager on duty
  • To comply with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction period and training
