Are you Spanish and a Teacher?

If you are a native level Spanish speaker with experience of teaching, we’d like to meet you!

At Thomson House School we have wonderful children, really supportive parents and a fun, hard-working and passionate teaching team. We are looking for a part-time (afternoons) Spanish teacher for September 2023, to deliver our creative, challenging and motivating Spanish curriculum, to Years 2-6. We are an outstanding (Ofsted June 2015), dynamic, forward-thinking, and innovative primary school with strong school values of ‘Curiosity, Kindness and Courage’.

We are looking for a Spanish teacher who:

  • is fluent In Spanish with a strong understanding of pedagogical methodology;
  • is time efficient and well-organised;
  • continuously reflects on own practice to drive improvement and raise standards;
  • is innovative in using technology to enhance learning;
  • is committed to inclusion and promoting exemplary standards of behaviour;
  • has an awareness of safeguarding procedures in schools;
  • is well-organised and flexible with a resilient can-do attitude and a sense of fun!
