Spanish Customer Service Agent
Your mission is to deliver a consistently outstanding Customer Service experience to our Spanish community of enthusiastic Augment.Eco customers, ensuring that every single customer feels empowered, happy and cared for.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish both written and spoken (a second European Language a bonus)
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard.
  • A working knowledge of MS Word/Excel
  • Communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines

Key Responsibilities
Educate and provide value to customers through having a thorough understanding of our Augment e-scooter subscription, mission and values.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience through direct communication via phone, email, live chat and social media channels. Liaise with the warehouse, product marketing and service teams when necessary.

Report back on KPIs weekly and suggest areas for improvement throughout the business.
