RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce and design layouts for our retail, manufacturing and studio work spaces in AutoCad
• Maintain and manage online files for sharing
• Support R&D and general layouts when needed using programmes such as Procreate
• Support the team in producing design guidelines for other areas of the business
• Plan and manage with the team future product range rollouts, able to go out to shops to oversee contractor installs when required, offering any support
• Support with in store Lush style handwriting and provide a cohesive tone of voice throughout. Training and development provided for this
• It is crucial that you will have a clear understanding of the business critical functions and its priorities. Relating to both your projects and the wider workload of the team and business.
• Confident to discuss deadlines, finances and putting realistic delivery expectations at the forefront
• Passionate about the brand, products and delivering great customer service to all areas of the business requiring space planning support.
• Hands on support with concepts and product mockups in our Poole R&D building
• Collaborative relationship with Retail to ensure the work delivered is maximising sales opportunities using our in house sales data
• Skills to support onsite installs when required for projects of all sizes, including overseeing other trades and collaborating with our in house construction project managers
• Working collaboratively to build budgets and deliver projects within the set goals alongside the team

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• This role will require travel as and when required/possible given the current climate, flexibility is key
• Good ability to use AutoCad to provide detailed floor plans and elevations for project delivery. Able to use spreadsheets for project planning
• A huge enthusiasm for learning, sharing and self development, skill sharing is essential within this role
• Passion for retail and shopping experiences, with added interest in future thinking
• Team player with a practical, hands on attitude
• A passion and creative eye for detail seeing projects from concept to fruition
• Taking a holistic approach to the business, with the ability to adapt to change in these uncertain challenging times
• Ability to self manage and see the bigger picture taking ownership of your role and responsibilities within the team
• Ability to see efficiencies, simplify and implement change
• Passionate about company ethics and our approach to sustainability and how we strive to improve this within our discipline
