Spa Manager – Bury St Edmunds - £30,000 (£33,000 OTE)

Are you a skilled and results-oriented Spa Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to join a flagship resort spa in Bury St Edmunds? We are currently recruiting for an Operational Spa Manager to join a renowned group of health clubs and hotel spas, offering a range of modern facilities and traditional spa treatments. If you have a passion for spa management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct performance management, including regular team 1-2-1 sessions

- Handle recruitment and staffing processes

- Manage rostering and column management effectively

- Drive income generation and meet profit expectations

- Implement promotions and processes to maximize revenue

- Manage costs and ensure efficient resource allocation

- Maintain high standards within the spa environment

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Provide regular reporting on spa operations

**Requirements:**

- Proven results-focused mindset and ability to drive KPIs

- NVQ Level 3 beauty qualification or equivalent

- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused attitude

- Dynamic interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities

- Natural leadership qualities and strong people development skills

- Flexibility with a "can do" attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable: Elemis trained, but not essential

This is a permanent position based on 40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of £33,000.
