My clients are currently searching for a fresh food/multi rosette experienced Sous chef to become an integral part of this ambitious gastro pub in the Ribble Valley

Key points needed for this Sous Chef role
Assist in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
sourcing of produce
Training of Brigade
Financial management of the kitchen – hitting gp’s etc....
Deputise in the absence of chef

Day to day running of the kitchen

The opportunity would be ideally suited to a Sous with ability and passion to cook excellent food and help build a great reputation in the local area

Ideally you will have multi rosette/Michelin background
