Simple Recruitment is looking for a well experienced Sous chef to work in a Cosy Gastro pub just outside of Crawley. Your role as a Sous Chef will be to support the Head Chef in ensuring the efficiency in the running of the kitchen & team, to deputise in their absence and strive to be the best, delivering the best food experience for customers.
