Are you a Sous Chef that’s looking to further your career? We are seeking to appoint an experienced Sous Chef with a rosette background to be part of a new project set to launch in Dorset. As a Sous Chef you will assist in the training and development of the department and aid the Exec Chef to manage food production operation, hygiene, maintain and develop standards. Sous Chef Essentials The ideal Chef will have previous experience in a rosette restaurant, minimum of 2 years. Experienced working in a 100% fresh food environment Must be passionate, excellent food cost controls and the ability to continually raise standards Ability to lead a team. Self-motivated and pro-active Be able to demonstrate effective organisational skills Be entrepreneurial and always customer focused Take pride and attention to detail in your work Confident, professional and welcoming personality Ability to cope under pressure.
