What is the purpose of this role?
You will be working in the picking stations and be responsible for sorting paper, cardboard, plastics, metals and inerts. You will also be recovering Recyclate from the process assigned picking area, and assist cleaning the walking floor.
What will this role involve?
- Hand picking items from sorting conveyor belts and inspecting recyclables for contamination - Keeping the picking areas clean and tidy - Assist in clearing blockages and spillages - Clean the MT plant - Recover Recyclate in order to meet the company KPI, of 5% recoverables
What are we looking for?
- Driving licence - Previous experience would be beneficial but not mandatory - Team player - Health and safety awareness
