We have created a web application that is automating the way our clients optimise their resources to maximize revenue, as well as decreasing costs and CO2 emissions!Through the powers of ML and AI, we have made it quicker and simpler for businesses in the mass transit space to optimise their operations and ultimately, create a 21st century urban mobility network!Having received $107M in investment earlier in the year, we are scaling across Europe and America and we are now looking for a Solutions Engineer/Implementation Consultant to join us to work with our clients to help them implement and get the best out of our amazing solution!This role sits under Customer Success, so it is heavily client-facing. That being said, the ideal candidate will have very strong technical and analytical skills, which they will have gathered from prior experience in implementing a complex SaaS solution.Responsibilities of a Solutions Engineer:Working closely with pre-sales to ensure a smooth handover of new accounts.Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and needs.Act as the face of the business to clients when it comes to preparing their data and configuring our solution to their businesses’ needs.Being able to provide clients with solutions to their problems - technical or otherwise.Qualifications of the future Solutions Engineer:Very strong technical skills - you will have analysed/manipulated data using different tools (ranging from Excel to Python - we are open!).Prior experience in a SaaS/software/implementation environment - you will have implemented a SaaS solution in a complex environment.Strong communication and time management skills.Prior experience in working in a customer facing capacity, ideally helping clients move from a legacy to a new solution.Experience in working with large, enterprise level clients.Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Swedish, Turkish, French, Slovak, Czech and/or Polish.
