Are you looking to take on new challenges? Or looking to put your solutions skills to the test? Take more of a lead of transport design? We’re currently looking for an experienced transport-biased Solutions Designer to join our head office sales and solutions team in Crick.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Provide thorough and experienced support in data analysis, transport design, proposal preparation and presentations.
  • Work independently on projects whilst supporting multiple projects, varying in scale and complexity
  • Gather and analyse information from current and potential contracts in order to create a cost effective and operationally-sound solution that can be presented to the customer within time limits


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • You’ll be experienced in designing and presenting transport solutions to customers
  • Highly autonomous, and experienced in responding to RFQs, data analysis in a highly customer-facing role
  • You’ll be highly proficient in excel, ideally with exposure to transport planning software would be beneficial
