Cloud Solutions Architect

The company is experiencing a period of growth and they are looking for Solutions Architects. The salary is dependent on experience, and they offer a superb benefits package for the right candidate!

Key Skills/Experience
  • Mixed environment of internal / external IT delivery capabilities.
  • Vendor management skills, experience of operating in with large IT vendors.
  • Governance / assurance of architectural designs, ensuring compliance to enterprise principles and technology strategy drivers.
  • Governance of functional / non-functions requirements and delivery scope throughout the project life cycle.
  • Business Process Analysis
  • Strong Microsoft Technology background.
  • Experience of designing and delivering solutions in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS).
  • Experience of Azure components specifically: Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Service Fabric, Data Factory, Azure Storage, Application Insights etc.
  • Produces architectural documentation at appropriate levels to support required designs
  • Advanced level coding C#, .NET, and SQL
  • Expert in software architecture and defining cloud solutions
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud architecture, components, and services including security, high availability, disaster recovery and performance tuning
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud design patterns, application migration and modernization approaches
  • Extensive commercial software development knowledge in cloud and on-premises environments
  • Advanced knowledge of software design patterns
  • Advanced knowledge of OO design principles and techniques
