We have a new role for an experienced legal executive or mid to junior lawyer to work alongside a director who focuses on disputes concerning property, housing and landlord and tenant matters. The team is supported by an experienced paralegal and legal office assistant.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking and property litigation solicitor or executive with the following:

  • A record of dealing with residential and commercial property litigation work.
  • Someone who will contribute to internal departmental training and external client training.
  • Someone who can take on management responsibility for team members.
  • Able to assist in business development and promotion of the team.
  • Some one who would relish the opportunity to drive our social media engagement.

Experience in possession proceedings, lease extensions, and small claims track matters along with some general civil litigation experience would be of benefit.

The successful candidate will be an organised person, able to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Salary would depend on experience
