We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a leading Legal 500 Law Firm who specialise in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.

Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience – REF 269604MN

The Role

Superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint multiple Solicitors to work alongside its existing team. Due to investing millions of pounds in their leading Marketing team, the firm has seen an unprecedented increase in new cases.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more of experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases under supervision. You must ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner and meet all KPI targets set by the firm.

The firm is looking for candidates from 1 - 20 PQE and would encourage candidates of all levels of experience to apply.

The Candidate

  • Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years experience handling own caseload.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.
