About the role and team

Anthony Collins Solicitors is a distinct values-led provider of legal services in our chosen sectors which include housing, local government, health and social care, and charities. In the housing sector

We are looking to recruit two junior to mid level property lawyers to strengthen our existing housing team. This role can be located at either our Birmingham or Manchester office.

About the candidate

The role will require you to:-

  • Work on development projects, including working alongside the Partner overseeing the team
  • Undertake routine commercial property work
  • Supervise legal assistants
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Be very strong commercially.

Experience in development work and/or in the housing sector is desirable but not essential. We particularly seek someone with strong foundations in property work, an aptitude to develop and learn, and to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
