Solar PV roofers required with immediate start. Must live within 50 miles of Pitsea.

You will be installing solar PV systems throughout the south of the country, however, there may be a need to travel further on some occasions so a willingness to travel will be required.

A van and fuel will be provided for each team.

Most kits will be delivered to site, however, on occasions you may be required to collect the kit from the unit.

Pay will be one week in hand, paid each Friday. You will be working on a self-employed basis so will therefore have to send a invoice each week for the jobs completed and will need to be CIS registered.

Requirements and skills

* Must have a minimum of 2 years solar PV roofing installation experience and be able to complete up to a 16 panel installation in one

* Must hold a full UK driving licence

* Must have public liability insurance

* Must have the availability to lift heavy materials

* You will need to be tidy; polite and mindful that you will be working in people’s homes

* Must update the supervisor on job progress and report any problems relating to the job in a timely and efficient manner

* Must have your own tools

* Must be able to work well as part of a team
