We have been approached by a market leading manufacturer within the Motion Control Industry to assist them in their search for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to be based from their facilities near Shropshire that offers its employees huge progression opportunities, an impressive all around package and the chance to work within a positive and forward thinking working environment.

The Company: They are a well known name within the Industrial Automation / Motion Control sector working globally with some of the largest OEMs providing solutions for wide variety of energy saving and industrial applications.

The Position: In this new position you will be tasked with the development of Embedded Industrial communication interface modules and microcontroller- based hardware design and development with a focus on fieldbus communications.

You will also be helping define hardware and firmware architecture whilst maintaining products through various stages of their lifecycle Ideally you will have: A degree in relevant Software or Electronics discipline Strong Embedded C Programming skills (MISRA, Secure coding practices etc) Experience with V-Cycle and Agile Development methodologies Experience with version control software (SVN preferred) Why Should You Apply?
