Software Engineer in Test - £60,000 to £70,000 – Oxford – Remote – UK Applicants only!!

Role Overview

My client has tasked us to source a highly motivated, driven individual to join the ever-expanding team with the goal to make a positive impact on the planet. Working alongside your fellow Software Engineers in Oxford, you will be tasked with continuously improving testing processes, as well as ensuring the production environment remains at the optimal level. Join a supportive, highly focused but challenging environment and be a vital component in the team of Software Engineers.

Salary & Incentives

  • Up to £70,000 per annum (DOE)

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience working with object-oriented language
  • Highly experienced in testing frontend applications using VueJS or ReactJS
  • Highly experienced in testing backend applications using Python
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
  • Highly experienced with testing applications communicating with databases using Python

Additional Requirements

  • Experience using CI/CD
  • Experience with streaming data management, transformation and orchestration tools
  • Experience testing API’s using REST or GraphQL
  • Experience with asynchronous messaging queues with RabbitMQ and SQS
