Pay Rate: £32per hour (assignment rate)

Contract:Locum, 3-Months

Hours: Full-time

Job Duties

Working with adults aged 18-75 with a enduring mental health diagnoses to meet their social care needs and is separate from the clinical community mental health team.

Requirements Of The Social Worker
  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
  • Complex Care Act assessments
  • Mental Capacity assessments
  • Carers assessments
  • Safeguarding/s42 enquiries
  • Mental Health tribunal social circumstance reports
  • Strength based practice
  • Working on Duty
