We are on the look-out for a highly motivated Paid Social Media Executiveto support the rapid growth of our digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with a specific focus on paid social.

As part of the paid social team, you will collaborate to develop, plan, and execute brand awareness and lead generation initiatives using various digital marketing channels such as SEO, display, and social media campaigns. You will be responsible for defining and executing organic and paid media strategies across agreed channels, portfolios, and shows.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns. You will be encouraged to share your ideas and empowered to aim high as part of the performance marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the paid social team to develop and execute brand awareness and lead generation initiatives
• Define and execute organic and paid media strategies across agreed channels, portfolios, and shows
• Analyze data and use it to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social and digital marketing
• Share ideas and collaborate with the performance marketing team to achieve goals
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on paid social
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
• Knowledge of SEO, display, and social media campaigns
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
