The Role:

As the AlphaSync Social Media Specialist, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Create monthly and quarterly social media calendars for all channels
  • Be responsible for all AlphaSync social media channels, working independently to drive the strategy forward
  • Report each week on KPIs for each channel and provide commentary for performance
  • Work closely with the wider team to create a cohesive social media strategy.
  • Create and edit creative video content for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
  • Be at the forefront of new trends and practices in the social media industry as well as keep up to date with gaming and tech news
  • Aid & support in business events and event planning, from concept through to execution. This will include attending gaming and tech events for social media content
  • Provide POE, POP and full analytics for campaigns.
  • Create giveaways for social media including drawing and contacting the winner
  • Develop influencer network, working closely on influencer relationships and researching new influencers
  • Withdraw, send off and return stock.
  • Create briefs for the AlphaSync graphic designer and photographer.

Your experience:

To be a AlphaSync Social Media Specialist you must have:

  • At least 1 year experience
  • Social Media / Marketing experience / proven track record of successful implementation of creative campaigns
  • Can provide examples of creative campaigns you have directly been involved in
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and social media analytics
  • Understanding of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of video platforms like Twitch, YouTube and TikTok
  • An interest in gaming and tech, preferably PC gaming
