Salary: £22,178 - £29,290 + generous shift allowance + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 9 month fixed term contract | Full Time

What is the Role?
  • Reporting to the Digital Manager this role’s core responsibility is to manage the day to day running of the Networks social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social platforms) and the SSEN Website.
  • The main duties of this role will include responding to customer enquiries via social media, recording and resolving complaints, logging and highlighting damage to the network, ensuring an average customer satisfaction score of over 9 out of 10 on customer satisfaction surveys, processing website content requests from business owners to make changes to their public webpages, creating and running social medial campaigns to support business objectives and scheduling proactive posts on a daily basis for the week ahead.
  • Providing analytics reports for business areas, including reach, engagement, website analytics and sentiment scoring are also key to this role.
  • We are a 24/7 department working 365 days a year delivering an industry leading experience to our customers. A mixture of earlies, mids, lates and night shift working will be required. Stand-by is also required.
What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
  • Had experience in a similar role, within a customer service environment.
  • You will have knowledge of excel spreadsheets, current BHAGS for Power Distribution, network structure, faults knowledge/understanding of network and connections.
  • An outgoing and engaging personality. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and will be naturally creative and adventurous.
