Job Function
• Support PR Manager in planning and delivering proactive social media campaigns targeted at the UK and European marketplaces across all channels – B2B and B2C. This includes working on our Karndean Designflooring B2C accounts and Palio Trade B2B accounts.
• Research, plan and deliver proactive social media communications and campaigns to support our channel wide activity, including organic and paid.
• Report on paid ad campaigns with the ability to make informed recommendations.
• Research, create and upload content for digital blogs and digital news stories to Epi-server CMS.
• Support PR Manager in delivering our social media strategy across all channels including influencer marketing and collaborations; negotiating influencer agreements and producing content agreements.

Main Objectives
• Managing social platforms
- Working with our PR and Digital Manager, you will be responsible for everything from posting through to monthly reporting of results to the UK & DFI marketing director
- Set up paid ad campaigns and audience targeting across all social media channels including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Creating and adapting content for social platforms
- Scheduling proactive content plans and responding via Sprout Social. Including being part of an out of hours monthly rota (Mon – Friday, 5pm to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9am – 8pm) to respond to reactive comments and customer queries across our active social media channels.
• Creating engaging content
- Research new topics of conversation for content; digital blogs and news and social media
- Draft copy for social media campaigns and content calendars
- Support the creation of engaging content for e-marketing, landing pages and digital content as part of wider multi-platform campaigns linked to social media initiatives
- Ability to utilise third party apps and Photoshop to support the creation of key assets to share via social media
• Measuring metrics and social listening
- Use existing advanced listening tools via Sprout Social to support PR and digital manager in reporting brand health and social share of voice
- Support PR and digital manager in analysing and producing monthly social media reports.

Person
• A passion for writing accurate and engaging copy for various digital mediums
• Confident in posting on social media channels and using social media management platforms such as Sprout Social and Stackla (user generated content)
• Capable of adapting copywriting skills to suit various audiences
• Proactive, imaginative and creative
• Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
• Can do attitude, and ability to think outside the box
• Approachable and engaging
• A confident team player
• IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop and Facebook Business Manager
• Understanding of social media networks
• Understanding of impact and significance of aligning social media and PR
• Preferably educated to degree level
• Preferably holds a passion for interiors or styling
